Her career in hospitality, catering, services, fiduciary firms, and professional associations has given her adaptability and strong expertise in collective labour agreements, essential for fairness, transparency, and compliance.

Close to her teams, Sabah values listening, clarity, and well-being at work, creating a structured and supportive environment where everyone feels recognized.

She supports management daily, balancing performance with respect for the human values that drive Axepta.

Samia SAHNINEHR & Payroll Specialist

As HR Manager & responsible for the Axepta group's accounting, her role is to ensure the proper management and follow-up of administrative files related to all the activities of the HR department. Samia is also responsible for the management of internal and external personnel within the Axepta group as well as the management of salaries.

Samia has 8 years of experience in this same field of activity and she studied as a commercial employee in Switzerland.

What stimulates her the most in her work is the service, the variety of tasks and the human contact.

Laura SAVOLDELLIHR & Payroll Specialist

She joined AXEPTA as HR & Payroll Specialist. Her aim is to guarantee optimal management of HR processes while ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of employees. By combining her HR skills and her interest in psychology, she strives to create a harmonious working environment for all employees.

Savanah MASSONHR & Payroll Specialist

With a bachelor’s degree in work and organizational psychology, she is passionate about human relations and well-being at work. Having lived in several countries, she brings an international dimension to her approach, fostering intercultural understanding and great adaptability. She ensures the efficiency of processes while cultivating a positive and caring work environment. Her commitment to employees and organizational success leads her to create harmonious experiences and maintain strong professional relationships

Elizabeth RADIDOReceptionist

Elizabeth has been working as a receptionist and administrative assistant in Geneva for eight years.
Fluent in both French and English, she has had the opportunity to work in both private and international environments.

What she enjoys most about her work is helping candidates find the right opportunity for them and supporting her colleagues every day with kindness and a warm smile.

Marjorie TENUDAccounting

Marjorie has over 20 years of experience in accounting, working exclusively with small to mid-sized companies in the Swiss construction sector. This close connection to the field has allowed her to develop a hands-on and operational understanding of financial management.

She values a pragmatic and collaborative approach and enjoys building trusting relationships with her teams. Marjorie believes that accounting should serve as a strategic management tool, supporting the overall vision of the business.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the mountains, discovering new regions, and sharing good meals. She loves both hiking adventures and culinary or cultural getaways.
