We are currently looking for a HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the Talent LifeCycle at our client's site in the Life Sciences field.
Join an independent, innovative and fast-growing company working on class III Medical Devices and Medical Software, based in Geneva.
In collaboration with the Hiring Manager, you will work on recruitment strategy and processes, identify team needs, write job descriptions and share them widely across networks and to external recruitment partners.
You will be in charge of sourcing candidates for new recruitments and evaluating applications with the Hiring Manager, participating in interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
You will also be responsible for the administrative management of employee files and employment contracts.
You will be involved in the training and career development of employees and their retention, as well as managing conflicts if necessary.

Advanced degree (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent experience in Human Resources or in the scientific field.
Strong expertise in recruiting scientific profiles (pharmaceutical / medical devices / engineering) required with at least 3 years of significant experience in this role.
Knowledge of Swiss and European HR legislation.
Fluent English is mandatory for this position; French is a plus.
